If you would like to delete your My Materia account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
Send an email to brandon@brandonb.dev with the following:
In your email, please state that you wish to have your account and data deleted. For example:
"I would like to request the complete deletion of my My Materia account and all associated data."
Once your request is received and your identity is verified (by matching the sender email to your account), your account deletion will be processed. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Processing Time: Account deletions are typically processed within 30 days of receiving your request.
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Certain limited information may be retained after account deletion:

Note: Anonymized analytics data cannot be used to identify you personally and is used solely for improving app performance and user experience.
Email Verification Required: For your security, deletion requests must come from the email address registered to your account. Requests from other email addresses cannot be processed.
Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered. Please ensure you want to proceed before submitting your request.
Active Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) before requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.
